Field Computer Technician Opportunity

Join our team as a **Field Computer Technician**, where you will be responsible for performing hardware repairs and installations on both laptop and desktop systems. Candidates should possess prior experience with computer hardware, ensuring a smooth onboarding process that includes complimentary certifications in leading brands.

Position Overview:
  • This is a **1099 contract position**.
  • Typical call volume ranges from **2 to 5 calls daily**.
  • Compensation is based on completed service calls, starting at **$35 per ticket**.
  • Responsibilities include executing hardware part replacements for warranty services.
  • Receive **weekly payments** every Friday following the completion of your first week of service calls.
  • Field visits require **personal transportation**.
  • Access to a computer and internet is necessary for logging into the service portal.
  • Work schedule is **Monday to Friday**, with a requirement to log into the tech portal by **9 AM**.
  • Manage customer communications and coordinate service appointments.
  • Parts are provided by manufacturers, typically available for pickup, with return shipping labels supplied.
