Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team at The First National Bank in Sioux Falls. As a key member of our banking team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our downtown branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful service to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive banking experience.
  • Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and fund transfers, accurately and efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the bank's products and services to assist customers with their inquiries and cross-sell when appropriate.
  • Quality and Security: Follow guidelines, policies, and procedures to minimize errors and ensure the security of bank assets and customer information.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required; relevant work experience or a combination of education/experience that enables the incumbent to meet accountabilities and required competencies.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
