ABA Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Community Autism Services. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism.

• Deliver Direct ABA Services: Conduct sessions in various settings, including homes, schools, and communities, to help children develop essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and independence.
• Work under Supervision: Collaborate with a program supervisor to instruct clients on skills and address challenging behaviors.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to treatment goals.
• Commitment to Consistency: Demonstrate a 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility: Must be open to school and home cases to build a full-time schedule.
• Scheduling: Full-time schedules of 7:45am-3:30pm in schools and 7:45am-7:00pm for combined settings; part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm with flexibility for those juggling between school.
• Travel: Able to commute up to 5-10 miles or 30-45 minutes.
• Experience: Experience with severe cases required for 2:1 caseloads; childcare experience required.
• Language: Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
