Customer Service Representative

Join our team at Bill Howe Plumbing, Heating & Air, Restoration & Flood Services as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
  • Follow-up on all pending and recommended work with customers and their technicians
  • Learn the Restoration business and participate in training to develop call-taking skills
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Telemarketing / Call Center / High Volume experience
  • Valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/descend stairs
Environmental Conditions:
  • Climate-controlled Office setting
