Job Responsibilities




  • Provide top-notch service to every customer, ensuring a positive experience and driving customer loyalty.
  • Communicate restaurant sales goals and motivate staff to exceed shift targets, fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • Maintain a clean store, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Practice all rules for safety, food handling, and cash security, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Model proper behavior and upselling to restaurant team members, promoting a culture of excellence.


Required Skills and Qualifications




  • A can-do attitude and customer service-driven personality, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • 1+ years' experience in the food service industry, with a proven track record of success and a strong understanding of cash handling procedures.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • A results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
