Are you passionate about creating safer communities and promoting healthy relationships? Do you have experience working with court-involved populations and a strong understanding of restorative justice principles?

We are seeking a skilled intimate partner violence specialist to join our team at the Center for Justice Innovation. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and implementing the Respect First program, a trauma-informed and culturally-responsive accountability program for young people ages 13 - 21 who have exhibited abusive behavior towards their intimate partners or family members.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering training programs
  • Developing and refining program materials
  • Coordinating logistics for group sessions
  • Collaborating with staff to ensure participant completion
  • Conducting data analysis and reporting
  • Representing the program at community and stakeholder events

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
  • At least 1-3 years of experience providing domestic violence prevention and intervention services
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and cultural responsiveness
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules
  • Capacity to travel within New York City's five boroughs

The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $59,500 per year, based on experience. Our organization offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
