Patient Care Technician

At Fresenius Medical Care North America, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy to patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist patients with their dialysis treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse or physician.
- Prepare and administer medications as directed by the physician or nurse.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred.
- Successful completion of the FMCNA dialysis training program and CPR certification required.
