Senior Associate Raw Material Planner

Celanese Corporation is a global leader in the production of differentiated chemistry solutions and specialty materials. As a Senior Associate Raw Material Planner, you will play a critical role in optimizing supply/demand balance for EM product in line with entire EM strategic business imperatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply/demand balance and maintain production and inventory plans based on inventory targets and strategic business imperatives.
• Provide input for approval of Constrained Consensus, Demand Forecast, and maintain planning parameters data in system.
• Work with Network Optimization resources to determine inventory targets aligned with network capability and strategic business imperatives.
• Maintain EM Americas SAP Material Master Data and provide full backup for other EM Americas Raw Material Planner.
• Develop and execute recommendations that consider cost, service levels, and strategic business imperatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with Supply Chain focus preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in planning or manufacturing.
• High level analytical skills, SAP experience, and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical information to key stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and make decisions.

• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 4-5 years of related experience in a manufacturing and/or supply chain planning.
• Finite inventory planning experience.
• APICS certification preferred.
