About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Engineer to join our Maumee, OH corporate CAD Team. As a BIM Specialist, you will manage and support both Operations and IT in maintaining a stable and effective environment for Autodesk and Bentley CAD platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain thorough working knowledge of MicroStation, Open Roads Designer (ORD), Open Bridge Modeler (OBM) and Civil 3D (C3D)
  • Resolve production issues efficiently
  • Establish standardization of plan preparation
  • Monitor trends and implement modeling, design, and 3D applications
  • Provide production assistance in both CAD platforms and multiple business sectors
  • Lead MSG CAD Working Groups as required
  • Deliver educational content through Lunch n Learns, internal distribution of educational tips
  • Install and test software on the network
  • Manage version control of platforms
  • Respond to CADHelp inquiries and monitor platform performance
  • Develop training programs
  • Cross-coordinate between platforms
  • Plan capital expenses and network planning for future CAD technologies

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
