We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team at the Arena. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patrons, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the Arena, including interior and exterior areas, to ensure the safety and security of our patrons and employees.
  • Monitor and respond to security cameras and alarms to prevent and investigate incidents.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations, to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a unified and effective security presence.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous security experience, preferably in a similar environment, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, as well as lift and carry equipment as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
