Senior Engineering Project Manager - RNG

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead our Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) project development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of RNG projects, from feasibility studies to construction and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the technical feasibility of potential RNG projects, including gas production, capital and operating expenses, and carbon intensity scores.
  • Coordinate design and milestone deliverables with in-house resources and external consultants.
  • Manage the preparation of conceptual, preliminary, and detailed engineering design documents.
  • Develop project schedules and budgets for design, engineering, permitting, construction, and commissioning activities.
  • Lead construction activities, including managing subcontractors, quality assurance and control, commissioning, and facility startup.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure project parameters are accurately incorporated into financial models.
  • Prepare carbon intensity models for RNG projects and engage in interconnection processes with utilities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the renewable natural gas industry or as a project manager.
  • Experience with carbon intensity modeling and project management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and provide feedback in a positive and constructive manner.
