Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional care.
- Clinical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Staff Development: Mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and support their career advancement.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient satisfaction and quality of care.
