The Identity Access Specialist will be responsible for managing access to applications, databases, servers, and networks through various tools and applications. This role involves processing access requests, monitoring departmental queues, and ensuring compliance with established policies, standards, and procedures. Additionally, the specialist will analyze requests related to various business systems and applications, including the creation, deletion, and modification of access within business roles and groups.

- Provision and de-provision access to applications, infrastructure, and operating systems in accordance with established policies and procedures. This includes updating and resolving request tickets and ensuring timely resolution of assigned user requests as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage new hire onboarding, employee separations, department transfers, access remediation, and privileged access.
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving by collaborating with other teams, vendors, or users to diagnose and resolve access-related issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in user provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Proficient in personal computers and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and adhere to written policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and service request management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work additional hours as required by workload.
- Ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and contractors.
