Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and interpret insurance policies to offer clients guidance on coverage matters.
- Manage intricate insurance coverage disputes, including drafting legal documents, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court proceedings.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in claims resolution.
- Perform legal research and draft memoranda on various insurance coverage issues.

- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
