Ford Technician

We are seeking a skilled Ford Technician to join our team at Ted Britt Auto Group. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles to ensure our customers receive exceptional service.

• Perform repairs and maintenance on Ford vehicles to meet dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose and repair complex issues with vehicles
• Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure seamless service experience
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and service staff to achieve team goals

• Experience working with Ford vehicles and diagnostic equipment
• ASE certifications in relevant areas (e.g. brakes, electrical systems, engine performance)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
