We are seeking experienced mental health care professionals to join our team of clinicians as a full-time PMHNP at Operation PAR's Medication Assisted Patient Services (MAPS) program in Florida.

About the Position
  • Job Type: Full-time (~30 hours/week + benefits)

  • 9 paid holidays per year
  • 3 weeks of PTO per year (on top of holidays). PTO increases to 4 weeks/year after 2 years of employment, and then to 5 weeks/year after 5 years of employment.

Schedule Overview
  • Three weekdays (6:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
  • Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 11:15 AM)
Job Responsibilities

This position practices clinical care delivery under the guidelines of the State Board of Nursing per physician protocol. Responsible for the assessment, treatment planning implementation and follow-up of referred clients. Conducts new patient admissions, manages inductions and ongoing problem cases, and conducts annual medical reviews.

Key Job Functions
  • Coordinates all medical admissions and performs physical examinations.
  • Performs initial psychological screening and makes treatment recommendations.
  • Maintains high standard of clinical documentation according to charting process.
  • Coordinates the ongoing medical and psychological services provided.
  • Maintains oversight of resident pharmacy needs.
  • Participates in regularly scheduled supervision meetings with Medical Director and Program Physician.
  • Acts as an integral part of multi-disciplinary team.
  • Provides face to face interviews as requested.
  • Manages patient care within the guidelines of safe and cost effective measures.
  • Performs all other related job duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Master's Degree in Psychiatric, Family or Adult Health Nursing
  • Four (4) years of supervised clinical nursing work preferred
  • Addiction and/or mental health experience preferred
Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per year
