We are a leading provider of emergency medical services, operating in the State of Wisconsin since 1977. Our company has grown to become the largest ambulance service provider in the state, responding to over 100,000 calls annually. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled ASE Certified Mechanic to join our maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine preventative maintenance on our fleet of vehicles, including 2014 or newer Chevy diesel and Ford gasoline models.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and drivability issues, as well as engine repairs.
- Work independently to maintain a high level of vehicle reliability and safety.
- At least 3 years of direct experience in the field or 1 year of experience with relevant education/certifications.
- Strong electrical and drivability knowledge, with a willingness to continue education and training.
- Own set of tools suitable for the position.
- Multiple ASE certifications (A1-A9) preferred, with L1 certification a plus.
- Familiarity with GM and Ford diagnostic/scan tools required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position.
