Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer servers and workstations, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Install, maintain, and deliver servers and workstations in physical and virtual environments.
  • Administer infrastructure services, including DHCP, NTP, DNS, backup, account setup and maintenance, ACL maintenance, and audit review.
  • Perform administration of local virtual infrastructure, such as VMware, Proxmox, and VirtualBox.
  • Document system processes, System Security Plans (SSPs), requirements, and architecture.

Requirements:

  • Current TS/SCI Polygraph clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience in server and workstation administration, Linux and Windows.
  • Experience with infrastructure services, including DHCP, NTP, DNS, backup, account setup and maintenance, ACL maintenance, and audit review.
  • Experience with local virtual infrastructure, such as VMware, Proxmox, and VirtualBox.
  • Excellent documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS provisioning and operations of VPCs, accounts, and instances.
  • Experience with Ansible, to automate delivery of laptop/desktop/virtualized baseline OS and tool packages.
  • Experience with database environments and data stewardship.
  • Experience with VISIO to document network and rack elevation drawings.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project to develop and maintain graphical schedules with dependencies.
  • Experience developing and producing customer-facing dashboard presentations using cutting-edge open-source frameworks, system inventory and scanning services.
  • Experience working with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full-stack of tools and technologies.
  • Experience with JIRA for project issue tracking and management.
