Position Summary:
We are looking for a Clinical Dietitian to become a vital part of our Nutrition Team within a Senior Living Community.

Salary:
$70K-$75K

Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Dietitian, your primary duties will include:

  • Delivering medical nutrition therapy through comprehensive nutrition assessments, dietary modifications, and educational interventions for our residents.
  • Adhering to all guidelines as specified in the Company Diet Manual and Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards set forth by federal, state, and accrediting agencies, while maintaining confidentiality and upholding patient rights.
  • Providing training and mentorship to patient services staff and interns as needed.
  • Engaging in patient satisfaction initiatives, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Credentialing as a Registered Dietitian from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Licensure by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, where applicable.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, electronic medical records, diet office systems, and nutrient analysis software.
