**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at a hospital in Shelton, WA. As a travel Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing rehabilitation services to patients in need.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
**Requirements:**
* 2 years of experience in an applied hospital setting
* Valid license or certification in the state of practice
* Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
* Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
* Valid driver's license
* Background and drug screen
