Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled RN to join our team and provide per-visit care to our clients. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, as well as following up with and executing doctors' orders.
Responsibilities- Administer medication and perform wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
- Follow up with and execute doctors' orders
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patient needs
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality care to our clients.
