Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
  • Administer medication reminders and provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
Requirements:
  • CNA or PCA certificate
  • Completion of a certified Home Health Aide training program
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to lift and move clients safely
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
