Marketing Manager Job DescriptionThe John Michael Kohler Arts Center is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and managing marketing campaigns that promote our visual and performing arts programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase awareness and attendance at our events and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with our creative team to design and produce marketing materials, including print and digital ads, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Manage and analyze campaign metrics to ensure optimal ROI and make data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with our events team to promote and execute events, including concerts, performances, and exhibitions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to secure sponsorships and partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a nonprofit or arts organization.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent writing, design, and project management skills.
