Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Acute Psychiatric Nurse on the night shift. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide coordinated nursing care to patients, supervise and direct assigned nursing staff, and collaborate with other disciplines to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and experience working in an acute care facility. You must also possess current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice and hold CPR or Basic Life Support certification. Additionally, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM) certification is required.

Essential Functions: As an Acute Psychiatric Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include collecting relevant data, analyzing assessments, developing care plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating patient progress. You will work closely with the patient, family, and healthcare team to provide a safe, healing, humane, and caring environment. You will also participate in discharge planning and delegate duties to healthcare team members effectively.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
