We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Twilight Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation in Norwalk, OH. As a Registered Nurse at Twilight Gardens, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Your Role:- Deliver high-quality direct care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
- Administer medications accurately and safely, and monitor residents for any adverse reactions.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide wound care, including dressing changes and monitoring healing progress.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Supervise and mentor STNAs, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams about changes in residents' conditions.
- Coordinating and participating in resident care conferences to ensure comprehensive care planning.
- Educate residents and their families about care plans, medications, and ongoing health needs.
- Respond to emergencies promptly, providing appropriate care, and documenting all actions taken.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care provided to residents.
