About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to drive our on-the-job training processes in manufacturing facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training, monitoring, and auditing our on-the-job training process and systems to ensure best practice training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement on-the-job training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze training performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, team leads, and on-the-job trainers to ensure consistent and effective training delivery.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including Standard Work Sheets and Standard Work Element Sheets.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 1-3+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong data collection and entry skills.
  • Ability to interact with Great Dane personnel and maintain records.
  • Knowledge of Standard Work Sheets and Standard Work Element Sheets.
  • Overall plant knowledge and knowledge of safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
