- Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or Phlebotomy Technician.
- Phlebotomy diploma or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge of best practices in patient identification and data management.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing blood draws and fluid samples.
- Strong computer and data entry skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
