Salary

The Pediatric Medicine Specialist will be compensated with an estimated annual salary of up to $210,000, based on experience. Additionally, the position offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Medicine Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in clinical leadership and supervision, as well as experience in medical training activities for affiliated residency programs.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide clinical leadership and supervision for clinical staff
  2. Hold monthly clinical staff meetings and daily huddles
  3. Participate in medical training activities for affiliated residency programs
  4. Responsible for the medical program designed to maintain and improve the health of infants, children, and adolescents

Requirements

  • Degree in Pediatrics or relevant field
  • Experience in clinical leadership and supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment

The Pediatric Medicine Specialist will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with a passionate care team, including another Pediatrician, Pediatric NP, MAs, and RNs. The clinic uses MicroMD EMR software.
