Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality repairs, service, and maintenance work on heating and cooling systems
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and client interactions
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an HVAC technician
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure
  • Ability to work with an iPad and phone for job finalizations
  • Willingness to attend required trainings and invest in necessary tools
  • Physical ability to complete job-related tasks
  • Positive attitude, good time management skills, and teamwork orientation
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $45-$65 per hour, depending on experience, plus an array of benefits including:
