Heavy Vehicle Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Tow Truck Operator to join our team at DNA Towing. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced truck driver who can safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck and maintain a safe operation during loading/unloading of vehicle.

Safety is our top priority, and we expect our Tow Truck Operators to be vigilant and proactive in preventing accidents on the road.

Responsibilities:

• Safely Operate a Heavy or Tractor-Trailer Truck: You will be responsible for operating a tow truck, ensuring that you follow all traffic laws and regulations, and maintaining a safe speed and following distance.
• Loading and Unloading Cargo: As a Tow Truck Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading cargo from the truck, making sure that it is securely tied down and not obstructing the road.
• Properly Track and Document Activity Log: You will need to keep accurate records of your trips, including any issues or incidents that may have occurred during the journey.
• Report Any Issues or Incidents to Dispatch: If anything goes wrong during a trip, you must report it immediately to our dispatch team so that they can assist you.
• Inspect Truck Before and After Trip: It is essential to inspect the truck before and after each trip to ensure that it is in good working order and that there are no issues with the equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience in Truck Driving or Other Related Fields: We are looking for individuals with previous experience in truck driving or other related fields, such as logistics or transportation management.
• Ability to Handle Physical Workload: As a Tow Truck Operator, you will need to be physically fit and able to handle a demanding workload, which includes lifting heavy equipment and driving long distances.
