An exciting opportunity for an Anesthesiologist is available in a well-established practice. This role is designed for a dedicated professional looking to contribute to a thriving healthcare environment.
Key Details:- Type: Full-time, permanent position
- Practice: Become part of a successful group of 12 physicians and 4 CRNAs.
- Focus: Engage in a diverse array of cases including General, Bariatric, Orthopedic, Robotic, Urology, Endo GI, Bronchoscopy, Vascular, Pediatric Dental, Cath Lab, and OB-GYN.
Cardiac anesthesia is available but not mandatory. The role involves a blend of personal case management and supervision of nurse anesthetists within a collaborative care team model.
Partnership and Compensation:Our physicians are equal partners in the practice, fostering a fair and equitable operational environment. Full partnership can be achieved within an 18-month period. Compensation packages are competitive, including workload considerations, call schedule (1 in 6), and generous vacation time (8 weeks).
Practice Highlights:- Established practice with a strong community presence.
- Supported by a progressive regional healthcare network.
- Diverse case mix including labor & delivery, operating room, Endo, Pediatrics, and anesthesia during radiology.
This position serves a comprehensive range of services, including 24-hour emergency and inpatient care, rehabilitation, surgical services, and laboratory diagnostics.
