Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a travel nursing assignment in a top healthcare facility.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support to women during the birthing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor and Delivery nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
  • Monitor vital signs and assess patients for potential high-risk problems.
  • Educate and support mothers and their families after giving birth.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • Active RN License
  • Degree from accredited nursing program
  • BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS AWHONN Certifications
  • Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Labor and Delivery (L&D) setting
