About the Role:
The CI Facilitator will assist the CI department in compiling information and assisting with improvement activities. Highlights of your role include:
- Assisting the CI Manager with updating monthly/quarterly business plan matrices and PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordinating Continuous Improvement initiatives across various departments.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Providing analytical support to drive data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
As a CI Facilitator at Marvin Windows & Doors, you will be responsible for:
- Compiling and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to communicate and implement changes.
- Providing training and support to employees on new processes and procedures.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
