Job Title: Speech Therapist - Virtual SLP Role for Ohio Schools

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual speech therapy services to students in grades K-12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current ASHA certification (CCC) and state licensure (OH)
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a speech therapist, preferably in a school setting
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
