Job Title: Registered Nurse - MedSurg West 3 EH

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in MedSurg West 3 EH at Cambridge Health Alliance in Everett, MA.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical/surgical/telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to prioritize and work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Implement core measures as indicated
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • BSN preferred
  • Current MA RN licensure
  • Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
  • Proficiency in telemetry and ability to independently interpret telemetry strips preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years current med/surg nursing experience preferred
