Pedagogical Caregiver

We are seeking a Pedagogical Caregiver to join our team at Benchmark Early Learning Centers. This full-time or part-time position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about teaching and creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

As a Pedagogical Caregiver, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, building positive relationships with children and their families, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve our educational goals.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in children
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies
• Provide guidance and support to students, both individually and in small groups
