Overview

Monarch Casino Resort Spa, located in Black Hawk, offers a unique opportunity to join our team as a Spa Attendant. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing luxury service and creating a relaxing environment for our guests.

Salary: $20.00 + per hour

As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, escorting them through the facility, and ensuring they are comfortable throughout their stay. You will also be responsible for maintaining a relaxing and calm environment, knowing our spa menu and promotions, and stocking locker and spa facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and offer refreshments.
  • Escort guests through the facility to get them acquainted with our stunning spa.
  • Ensure guests are comfortable at all times.
  • Maintain a relaxing and calm environment throughout the spa experience.
  • Know our spa menu and promotions.
  • Stock locker and spa facilities and maintain a neat and clean spa locker room environment.
  • Be aware of appearance, promptness, quality of work, and attitudes with guests.
  • Coordinate laundry pickup and delivery between locker, treatment, and laundry rooms.
  • Coordinate with staff and management on VIPs, special requests, group arrivals, etc.
  • Distribute lockers, sandals, etc. from the spa desk in accordance with spa policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by manager/supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • You are an energetic service-focused individual with a passion for providing luxury service.
  • Guest service background preferred with excellent knowledge of service standards.
  • Solution-oriented and guest-focused.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Polite, confident, and patient.
  • Ability to multitask, attention to detail, time management, and ensure exceptional service.
  • Available to work varied shifts when needed, including weekends and holidays.
