Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Perform utilization review and payer notification
  • Establish partnerships with site BPCI RN to align BPCI efforts with patient satisfaction outcomes
  • Educate patients, families, and other members of the care team about financial responsibilities
  • Identify and eliminate barriers to effective patient stay management and promote improvements in work processes
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN with 3-5 years of experience in similar roles. You should have a strong understanding of budget processes, quality improvement, report distribution, TJC standards, state and federal regulations, six sigma, and LEAN methodologies.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
