Job Description
We are seeking a career-driven individual with strong leadership qualities, eager to learn and work hard. As a Mate, you will be responsible for navigating, towing operations, basic computer literacy, and general good seamanship while working and living aboard during your on-hitch period.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong verbal communications skills, enjoy problem-solving, work well in a team setting, and prioritize safety above all else. You must also hold a TWIC, MMC with Medical Certificate and Endorsements, and a Driver's License or reliable means of transportation.
