About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team at Target. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications using modern front-end technologies such as ReactJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain robust and distributed microservices, event-based architectures, and CI/CD pipelines to support our web applications.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to design and implement new features, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends, applying knowledge to improve our web applications and services.

About You

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of front-end software development experience, with a strong focus on JavaScript, ReactJS, and TypeScript.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications, with a strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
