Production Technician

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team at Janco Medical, a Division of Janco, Inc. ISO 13485, ISO 14644-1, FDA REGISTERED.

The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machines in our class 7 and class 8 ISO certified cleanrooms. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday with varying shifts.

• FOLLOW Quality rules for proper gowning, cleaning, or other tasks.
• Review and understand Build Sheets/ Work Instructions.
• Set up machines, including inserting molds, loading rolls of raw materials, and basic trouble shooting for alignment, heat, or other variables which may impact the product.
• Understand acceptable scrap rates.
• Produce sample parts and provide suggestions on how to improve part quality.
• Use various tools to alter plastics to customer specification.
• Operate machines safely.

• Exceptional attention to detail and good vision.
• Able to follow directions both written and verbal.
• Understanding of Quality Management Objectives and Good Manufacturing Procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 45lbs.

This position offers a starting salary of $17.00 per hour, as well as benefits including 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
