Traveling Respiratory Care Specialist

Focus Staff is in search of a traveling Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide essential care in various healthcare settings.
Job Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the Respiratory Care Team, you will:
1. Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
2. Deliver respiratory therapy to patients facing critical and complex health challenges.
3. Conduct the insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes as needed.
4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
5. Promote ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
6. Educate and counsel patients and their families regarding respiratory health.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
- Current CPR or BCLS certification is mandatory.
- Additional certifications such as BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP are preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
Employment Details:

- Shift: 12 hours per day
