We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Stocking Associate to join our team at Lowe's. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing, providing an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Stock and face merchandise on shelves and in stockrooms to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Rotate stock to ensure that older items are sold before newer ones.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Assist with receiving and processing inventory, including unloading trucks and breaking down pallets.
- Collaborate with store management to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and stockroom issues.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of experience in retail or inventory management preferred.
- Basic math skills and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Pallet Jack Certification a plus.
This role requires working in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent exposure to refrigerated storage areas and occasional exposure to extreme temperatures. You must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
