Practice Overview:

Our primary location is a well-established facility with additional satellite offices.


Employment Structure:
o Initial 2-year term as an associate under contract, with the potential for a shareholder position following successful completion of the term.

Physician Team:
o
Internal Medicine: 4 physicians, 3 allied health professionals. Total staff includes 46 physicians and 34 extenders (PA or ARNP).

Operational Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications:
o Must be a US resident or possess a Green Card.
o Board Certified or Board Eligible (must take the certification exam post-residency/fellowship).

Compensation and Benefits:
o Competitive salary structure with performance-based bonuses.
o Signing bonus available.
o Relocation assistance provided.
o $2500 allocated for Continuing Medical Education (CME).
o Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
o 401K plan with employer matching after one year.
o Generous paid time off policy: 20 business days of PTO, clinic closure on 6 holidays, and 5 CME days, totaling 31 days off annually.

  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Athena

On-Call Schedule:
1 day per week for clinic duties; Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM.

  • Patient Load: Average of 20 patients per day.
