About the Role:
  • Perform general cleaning and sanitizing of facilities and apartments to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Complete maintenance requests, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Assist with tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning issues to maintain a comfortable and functional living space.
  • Run errands as needed to support the daily operations of our program.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. to perform tasks that require physical effort.
  • Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Work outside in inclement weather for tasks such as ice removal, snow shoveling, and applying ice melt.
Requirements:
  • Valid NC driver's license to ensure safe transportation of staff and clients.
  • Availability for on-call shifts to support the needs of our program.
