Job Description

ERA Energy is seeking a skilled Energy Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing defects in properties, specifying appropriate remedial work, and scheduling work in consultation with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property inspections to collect information on age, number of floors, building type, and heating and hot water systems.
  • Make precise measurements to determine property boundaries and provide data relevant to features of the Earth's surface.
  • Work with clients and stakeholders to specify remedial work and schedule projects.
  • Order materials, equipment, and joinery as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including long walks and navigation of rugged terrain.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and bend, crouch, and stretch repeatedly.
  • Ability to lift moderately heavy items.
