Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Ascent Hospitality. The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast to our guests, ensuring that the breakfast area is clean and well-stocked, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve breakfast to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining the breakfast area, including restocking supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to management in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management, such as supporting other hotel staff or participating in special events.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, with occasional lifting and bending as needed.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
