Touro College & University System seeks an experienced nursing educator to join our faculty as an Adjunct Nursing Clinical Faculty member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students at a clinical site with an emphasis on patient care in psychiatric and medical-surgical settings.
Responsibilities
* Teach undergraduate students at a clinical site with an emphasis on patient care in psychiatric and medical-surgical settings* Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of the students and the clinical site* Provide guidance and support to students in a clinical setting* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment* Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a comprehensive education* Regularly evaluate student progress and provide feedback* Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nursing education* Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of curriculum* Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning* Encourage student engagement and participation in the learning process
