Calibration Planner

Founded in 1985, Advanced Technology Services is a prominent organization operating in the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. We specialize in Industrial Maintenance, ensuring optimal performance in manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develops and organizes the workflow for all calibration and gage laboratory tasks for various clients.
· Provides updates on job progress for all client inquiries.
· Maintains an updated job list for the laboratory.
· Coordinates the sequence of operations effectively.
· Collaborates with department heads and supervisors to assess the status of scheduled activities.
· Addresses operational delays and modifies schedules to accommodate unexpected circumstances.
· Prepares performance data for clients in the required format.
· Continuously enhances the scheduling program for efficiency.
· Works closely with Purchasing, Receiving, Logistics, and Accounting departments.
· Plays a vital role in process improvement initiatives.
· Engages in all ISO17025/ATS/Customer systems and procedures to ensure compliance.
· Actively participates in weekly and monthly team discussions.
· May oversee Standards and Processes Manuals; travel may be required up to 20% of the time.
Qualifications and Skills:
Essential Qualifications:
· An associate degree from a two-year college or technical institution along with one year of relevant experience; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Proficient in organizing, supervising, and effectively managing processes and projects.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with clients, technicians, operators, and management.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers for handling tasks, reach with hands and arms, and climb or balance at heights that may necessitate a ladder or lift. The employee may also need to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces and must be able to communicate effectively. Occasionally, the employee is required to sit and must be able to lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Regular close vision and color vision are necessary. The employee may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and potential electrical hazards. Work is primarily conducted in a factory setting, which is typically very loud. In this environment, the employee may encounter hazardous materials and/or slippery surfaces.
