We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Trusted Nurse Staffing. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of imaging procedures using various radiographic equipment, computers, and detectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine and advanced imaging procedures, including CT scans, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Set up the imaging room to ensure proper isolation precautions and equipment setup for each examination.
- Troubleshoot basic maintenance and repairs, participate in quality assurance, and resolve issues related to image processing and archiving.
- Float to different floors and units as needed, working with children and adults, and adapting to changing staffing needs.
- Work a 7-day on/7-day off schedule, with every other weekend, some weekend call hours, and holidays.
- Minimum two years of CT clinical imaging experience, with GE scanner experience highly preferred.
- Experience in an Academic Level - Trauma center or similar size hospital.
- Prior traveler experience highly preferred.
- CT certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Wisconsin Radiological License.
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
